Commercial Cleaning
Commercial cleaning is the term used to describe the cleaning of commercial properties from retail shops, to shopping centres, to offices and business premises and to industrial estates. There are various types of commercial cleaning services to choose from in this sector.
Some people, for example, will run a small independent business cleaning a few commercial properties whilst others will work for a large cleaning firm that contracts jobs for various businesses. Smaller companies may simply employ individual cleaners as they need them.
Some commercial premises will have cleaners in every day whilst others may employ cleaners once a week or on a less frequent basis. In some cases, such as when specialist cleaning is needed, cleaners may only be brought in every now and then when a specific cleaning job needs to be done. In general terms commercial cleaning services can include:
- General premises cleaning
- Computer equipment cleaning
- Carpet and floor cleaning
- Infrastructure cleaning - i.e. walls and ceilings
- Window cleaning
In certain cases you may need to hire specialist cleaners and/or equipment. For example, if you have problems with pigeon droppings in an area on your premises or if you have got problems with graffiti on exterior walls then you may need specialist removal services and cleaners to solve your problem.
